Chamber Committees & Programs

Business Alliance

The LVCC Business Alliance is a forum for members to hear about and consider issues that affect the economic health of the Livermore Valley. Guest speakers cover topics that include housing, education, legislation and infrastructure. Updates are also given by representatives from local, county, state and federal governments and organizations on issues affecting the economy.

Business Alliance meets the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. Check with the Chamber online event calendar for location. Open to all LVCC members. For more information, call Dawn Argula at (925) 447-1606, ext. 202.

Ambassador Club

Ambassadors are the goodwill arm of the Chamber and the business community that offer opportunities to market your business. They participate in ribbon cuttings, grand openings and other Chamber events. Ambassadors act as “special greeters” at the Chamber’s many activities and they are responsible for introducing and welcoming new members. This group meets the second Tuesday of the month in the LVCC Conference Room at noon.

For more information or to join the club, call the Chamber at (925) 447-1606.

Leadership Livermore: Creating Tomorrow’s Leaders

Leadership Livermore is a nine-month (September through May) program of the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Livermore. The class, which is held one day each month, brings approximately 25 participants together to get a behind-the-scenes look at the community and to build relations with other leaders.

Leadership Livermore is an ideal program for business executives and futures leaders who will benefit from an instant “in” to who’s who in the community and the State of California.

Livermore Valley Next

Livermore Valley NEXT is the LVCC version of a Young Professionals group. The Chamber’s newest committee, Livermore Valley NEXT is a forum lead by and for the next generation of Livermore Valley business leaders. Development, mentoring, support and acknowledgment of business opportunities and successes are the focus of its activities. This group meets regularly at various member locations.

For more information or to join Livermore Valley NEXT, call the Chamber at (925) 447-1606 or visit the website at www.livermorechamber.org and click on About and Committees.
