The Chandler Unified School District, serving more than 41,000 K-12 students each year, has received countless honors and awards, including over 70 Arizona A+ and National Blue Ribbon Awards since 1983. They have been rated the No. 1 K-12 school district in Arizona for the past two years, based on data from Niche rankings.
Students consistently score among the top in the state on college-entrance exams with CUSD graduates during the past school year earning over $92 million in scholarships and over 26,000 hours of college credit through various dual enrollment and college-level testing programs. Four additional districts cited for academic honors also serving portions of Chandler are Kyrene Elementary School District, Tempe Union High School District, Mesa Public Schools and Gilbert Public Schools.

The progressive Price Road employment corridor is home to major corporations such as Intel, Wells Fargo, PayPal, Infusionsoft and Orbital ATK whose employees deem the excellent educational options a plus.
Preparing a workforce of the future is part of the Chandler Chamber’s Education & Workforce Development Coalition’s mission. Each year, the Chamber brings educators and businesses together to take steps on how to build the workforce of Chandler‘s future.
Fitting the pieces together falls on the highly ranked community colleges such as Chandler-Gilbert Community College, part of the Maricopa Community Colleges funnel along with Mesa Community College. These colleges provide an affordable resource for those pursuing degrees as well as learning workforce skills. The Arizona Advanced Manufacturing Institute at MCC collaborates with high-tech and aerospace industries to provide the most up-to-date training for degrees and certifications in areas such as electronics, drafting, automation and machining and welding.
Also in the Chandler area are private educational institutions including Argosy University, Southern University, University of Arizona, University of Advancing Technology and University of Phoenix.
Nationally acclaimed Arizona State University is just a few minutes away, and the ASU Polytech campus is to the east and the Tempe campus to the west.
