Trinity International University

Bannockburn is home to a diverse educational institution attracting students from 46 countries and nearly all U.S. states. About 2,700 students work toward degrees as undergraduates or pursue graduate programs through Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Trinity Graduate School. Trinity also has regional campuses in south Chicago and south Florida, and a law school in Santa Ana, California.

Undergraduate students can choose from 70 programs of study, ranging from accounting to entrepreneurship and from pre-med to graphic design or youth ministry. Students benefit from the adjacent divinity and graduate school offerings, where they can pursue dual degree options. Trinity competes in 10 intercollegiate sports as a member of the Chicagoland Athletic Conference and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Students also pursue study-abroad and international mission opportunities.

Programs at the graduate school are geared toward students who want to become experts in their chosen fields from a Christian perspective, and include master’s degrees in athletic training bioethics, leadership and teaching, as well as a Master of Education in Diverse Learning.

Trinity Evangelical Divinity School is one of the 10 largest accredited institutions for theological studies in North America and offers the Master of Divinity and 14 other master’s level programs. In addition, TEDS offers a Doctor of Ministry program in both English and Korean, as well as one of the largest and most respected Ph.D. programs in the entire evangelical world.

High school counselors consider Trinity a top-tier national university, according to the 2017 U.S. News & World Report college rankings. Being community focused is one of Trinity’s four core values, and students are involved in many local outreach opportunities. Trinity has been included on the President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for the last seven consecutive years.

Trinity alumni can be found in more than 100 different countries, serving as pastors, missionaries, counselors, educators and leaders in business, as well as key international organizations.
