The development will create up to 13,000 jobs in the state and generate more than $31 million per year in new property tax revenue.

Foxconn’s $10 billion private investment in Area 1 will generate about $30 million/year in new tax revenue that will more than pay for all public improvements and development costs. Foxconn is providing financial guarantees to support a minimum valuation for the project in Area 1 of $1.4 billion.
