Paper Mill Playhouse offers pre-theater dining at The F.M. Carriage House Restaurant, on the grounds of the theater. The restaurant features seasonal American cuisine and is open two-and-a-half hours prior to most performances. For pre-theater dining, the Carriage House offers prix fixe menus, custom crafted cocktails, fine wines by the glass and appetizers and desserts at the bar. The restaurant is also available for private events and parties. With three distinctive dining rooms, the restaurant can accommodate any event from 12 to 100 guests.
Paper Mill Playhouse offers award-winning arts education programs including a year-round theater school, the annual Rising Star Awards, a celebrated Summer Musical Theater Conservatory, college training, adopt-a-school outreach and the Paper Mill Playhouse Broadway Show Choir, voted winner in the People’s Choice Award as Favorite Choral Group in New Jersey three years in a row. Paper Mill Playhouse is one of the few theaters in the country that is fully accessible to people with disabilities, serving more than 5,000 disabled patrons annually. Services include sign-interpreted and open-captioned performances, pre-performance sensory seminars and audio description, large print and Braille printed programs and barrier-free access. Paper Mill Playhouse was the first theater in the nation to offer autism-friendly mainstage performances and theater classes designed specifically for students with developmental disabilities.
