Public Safety

Police Department
The Fresno Police Department works closely with the community and relies on residents’ assistance to fully implement many of its programs such as Crime Stoppers, Neighborhood Watch and Citizens on Patrol. The police department also works to build trust in the community leading to greater levels of cooperation.

The mission of the Fresno Police Department is to enhance safety, service and trust with the community.
