From I-81 South: Take Exit 175 to reach the southern end of the county at Natural Bridge and Glasgow. Exit 188 onto Route 60 will take you east to Buena Vista, or west to Lexington.
From I-81 North: Exit 205 for Raphine, Brownsburg or Vesuvius. Exit 200 to Route 11 South will take you to Fairfield. Exit 195 onto Route 11 South will take you into Lexington.
From I-64: Exit 43 to VA 708 will take you to Goshen. Exit 50 to Route 60 East will take you to Lexington.
