Great River Charitable Clinic
The Great River Charitable Clinic is an ecumenical ministry providing charitable health care to the uninsured and under-insured persons in Mississippi County Arkansas. The Clinic is a place to receive high quality medical, dental, optometric, pharmaceutical, diabetic counseling, and spiritual care at no cost for the services offered to clinic patients.
Who can Use the Great River Charitable Clinc?
Persons living in Mississippi County who: Have no health or dental insurance, are not covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or VA benefits, meet the income guideline and have been interviewed and approved.
The GRCC is located at 33 Arkansas St. in Blytheville, AR.
Mississippi County Hospital Systems
Mississippi County Hospital System is here to restore, maintain, and improve the health of everyone in the communities we serve. MCHS operates Great River Medical Center, a 99 bed acute care facility located in Blytheville, and SMC Regional Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access facility and specializes in swing bed care, located in Osceola. The Administration team and Board have a vision to inspire hope in all who seek our help by offering the kind of care we would expect for our own families. MCHS loves our community and is very proud to offer specialized service lines such as wound care, infusion therapy center, urology, family care clinics, and updated radiology equipment to help our community stay closer to home while receiving compassionate care.
