The Apprentice School

The Apprentice School is an educational and career opportunity unlike any other. Since 1919 the school has maintained its traditional roots as a trade school, but proudly includes a modern college curriculum that challenges many institutions of higher learning.

Aviation Institute of Maintenance School, Chesapeake

AIM has been providing the aviation industry with qualified technicians for more than a decade. They take great pride in the success of each and every graduate.

Bryant & Stratton College, Hampton Campus

The Hampton Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is located in the Peninsula Town Center, with associate and bachelor’s degrees in over a dozen academic programs offered ranging from business to health care and IT to legal studies. The unique location has an on-site children’s center for students with children who need child care options during their course of study. The Hampton campus is also home to the Bryant & Stratton College Bobcats men’s and women’s basketball, baseball and women’s volleyball sports programs in Virginia.

College of William and Mary

The College of William & Mary is a public research university in Williamsburg, Virginia. Founded in 1693, it is the second-oldest institution of higher education in the United States, after Harvard University.

William & Mary educated American Presidents Thomas Jefferson (third), James Monroe (fifth), and John Tyler (tenth) as well as other key figures important to the development of the nation, including the fourth U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall of Virginia, Speaker of the House of Representatives Henry Clay of Kentucky, sixteen members of the Continental Congress, and four signers of the Declaration of Independence, earning it the nickname “the Alma Mater of the Nation.” The establishment of graduate programs in law and medicine in 1779 makes it one of the earliest higher level universities in the United States.

In addition to its undergraduate program, W&M is home to several graduate programs and four professional schools (law, business, education, and marine science).

HU is a privately-endowed, nonprofit, historically black university offering a range of technical, liberal arts, pre-professional, professional and graduate degree programs to more than 5,700 students each year.
