As San Jacinto College and the University of Houston-Clear Lake continue to prepare local millennials for the reenergized job market, Pasadena is meeting that housing demand with luxury new apartment and townhome construction. Situated in Pasadena’s southernmost location near the Armand Bayou Nature Center, these desirable properties are just minutes from NASA, Space Center Houston and UHCL. 

The Middlebrook Apartments, by Hill Country developer, Oden-Hughes, will cover 21 acres and offer 380 units at the corner of Bay Area Boulevard and Middlebrook Drive. Residents of the gated community will enjoy a fitness center, sparkling pool and dog park.
