The Texas Tech Physicians of the Permian Basin are the largest group practice in West Texas, consisting of more than 400 physicians in all specialties ranging from infants to geriatrics. Services in the Permian Basin are provided at clinics in Midland and Odessa.

In Midland, the Texas Tech Physicians of the Permian Basin operate a facility at 301 N. Ave. N, adjacent to Midland Memorial Hospital. At this clinic, family and community medicine, obstetrics and gynecology and internal medicine services are available. Most recently, Texas Tech Physicians opened the doors to a new psychiatry clinic at 2301 W. Michigan Ave., offering services in psychiatry, psychology and behavioral health.
