Premier 370 Business Park is an 850-acre business community located at Highway 370 near Interstate 70 in St. Peters, with access to rail and only 15 miles from Lambert International Airport. Recently, several companies announced their intent to locate or have opened facilities within the business park creating thousands of jobs for the region. FedEx Ground and Amazon have started construction and will join Reckitt Benckiser, Grove Collaborative, Dayton Freight, Saia LTL Freight and Best Buy. To accommodate the growth of industrial/warehouse space, construction of a new spec building recently began.
