Santa Clara was once a beautiful field of orchards and has now grown to be the heart of Silicon Valley and the center of what’s possible. With this transition, Santa Clara, a City of over 120,000 people, is continuously growing and the need for housing has grown exponentially. Santa Clara is answering these calls by adding much needed housing to the region. Santa Clara is not only adding needed housing, but promoting responsible development by supporting projects that are sustainable, improve walkability, and promote a wonderful quality of life.
