Visitor center plans memorable trips

Fort Pierce sits on the banks of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, with more than 20 miles of sandy beaches nestled along its coast. Aside from the relaxing advantages that living and visiting the coast of St. Lucie County brings, there is more to explore here than just the scenic shores.

This portion of the coast offers minor league baseball, numerous shopping and dining attractions, museums, outdoor adventures and the arts, among much else. Bringing it altogether for a memorable occasion, vacation or event, the Seven Gables House Visitor Center connects individuals to a one-of-a-kind adventure.

Housed in one of St. Lucie County’s oldest homes, the visitor center operates out of a home built in 1905. The house, operated by the St. Lucie Chamber of Commerce, is open Tuesday through Saturday for tours.

The visitor center exists to ensure that visitors and residents make the most of their time here. Individuals are encouraged to stop by for more information. The center can assist with vacation planning, staycation ideas, family and class reunions, as well as other events.
