Water Street Studios is a 501(c)3 for-purpose art center in downtown Batavia. Its mission is to help make the arts more accessible to the Fox Valley region and beyond. Its vision is to be a cultural hub in the Midwest.
Water Street Studios recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary in September 2019. It was also named “Best Gallery” in 2019 by Kane County Chronicle and West Suburban Living Magazine.
Water Street provides the community with classes, artist studios, gallery exhibitions, free programs for under-resourced families and schools and events in its historic venue.
Visit Water Street every second Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. for new exhibitions, open artist studios, family art activities and a cash bar.
