The need
Swartz Contracting and Emergency Services (SCES) is a full-service insurance restoration and commercial remodeling contractor serving Northwest Central Ohio. When a disaster or catastrophe strikes, we are there to service the area 24/7/365.

The work
We have a warehouse and office building that helps us have material and equipment ready for immediate dispatch to serve a 10-county area. Everyone has mobile phones and access to a database where photos and notes are stored immediately. This allows for access by other staff and subcontractors to enhance customer service.

The crew
SCES has dedicated, trained, professional staff members, subs and vendors who help us deliver timely and excellent customer service. A dedicated project manager and weekly calls to the customer help us ensure the customer has a great experience with SCES.

THE Reward
Satisfied customers and giving back to the community are at the top of what makes SCES feel good about what we do. Giving our staff the chance to grow with us and rewarding them for this is also a great feeling.

The need
Fresh ideas and help with matching their online experience with their in-person experience. Many business owners get hyper-focused on the nitty-gritty of running a business. Often, they don’t have time to spin all the plates and can’t engage with customers and clients online. They want a way to build their audience but are not sure how or when they will accomplish their goal.

The work
We work as an extension of our clients to translate their message online. We use social media and online marketing to reach clients’ audiences where they’re hanging out already. Through web and social media, we post helpful and fun content, engage and communicate with followers, and focus on building genuine relationships with people to grow word-of-mouth business. We also build and maintain the clients’ homebase – their website – and use inbound marketing to build email campaigns. Our aim is to create and share helpful resources that solve customer problems, sometimes problems they don’t even know they had.

The crew
Our services are completed by our in-house staff of account managers, web development team and videographer. Additionally, we work with others in the community to help clients find additional services they need, e.g. photographers, promotional products, etc. We are a full-service marketing agency and work as an extension of our clients’ brand.

The reward
Seeing clients reach their goals and their stress melt away! I love watching a client’s face light up when we come up with new ideas to help them build relationships on and offline. When our clients see success, that’s when we’re happy. Success to us isn’t just about money, it’s about our clients building an audience who knows, likes and trusts them enough to do repeat business and refer them on to friends and families.
