Networking Sessions: We foster businesses to meet, to work with each other and to share best practices.
Referrals: We encourage our members to do business with other Chamber members whenever possible. We introduce members to business inquiries for referrals whenever a request for your business is encountered through email, phone or social media. We always refer our Chamber members first. Our board of directors also refers member businesses whenever possible.
Business Partners: We put you in touch with the City of New Rochelle when needed and SCORE or SBDC to help you with business planning and resources.
Reduced Tuition: Long Island University offers our members a 25 percent reduction in tuition for their entire MBA Program at their
Westchester Graduate Campus.
Better Customer Service: As the main business advocacy group in New Rochelle, we represent businesses to local government when needed.
The Chamber as your publicist
WVOX Radio Interviews & Advertising Opportunities: As a member, you can be the featured guest on a twice-monthly radio show on the second or fourth Monday of every month on 1460 AM or online at www.wvox.com to help promote your brand.
These half-hour shows are like infomercials that you will be able to use sound bites for marketing purposes. You also will receive a 10 percent discount with advertising packages purchased through the Chamber.
Employment Recruitment: We can post job openings for Chamber members on our social media channels.
Marketing: Utilize all channels of advertising for your business, including social media, our website, event journals and sponsorships.
The Chamber as your marketing executive
Chamber Website: We publicize your company information on different areas of our website. We have a logo carousel showcasing your logo, and we also have an online directory for when people are searching for business needs. We link the logo to your website or Facebook page, even if you are an individual part of a larger company.
Social Media: Currently we have over 1,400+ followers each on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Thanksgiving Day Parade: Let the Chamber help you increase your brand awareness and community involvement by marching in the annual parade or through our sponsorship opportunities. Sponsor a balloon to show the community your commitment to the community or sponsor something small for brand recognition.
Sponsorship Opportunities: Let the Chamber help you increase your brand awareness by sponsoring the Chamber’s well-publicized, high-profile annual events like the Women of
Excellence Awards, Administrative Professionals Day, Dinner Dance and Holiday Lighting.
Grand Opening / Grand Re-Opening Events: Let the Chamber help put your business on the map and get recognized by key players and influencers by having the Chamber intercede and publicize your event to local residents, government officials, the media and Chamber members.

What does this Chamber do? The variety of Chamber activities is virtually unlimited and changes to meet the needs of the business community. Our mission is to help the business community succeed and to increase the quality of life in
New Rochelle through beloved community events.
How is the Chamber funded? Membership investment in the Chamber is based on a fair share formula and is the major portion of the organization’s income. Chamber membership is an investment in the present and the future of New Rochelle. Any business or individual sharing a common interest in community improvement and development is eligible for membership.
How are the resources used?
Your membership investment helps the Chamber work on projects and programs to highlight New Rochelle and its businesses as much as possible. We partner with member businesses and organizations to increase awareness about their business and initiatives. We also partner with city employees to provide quality events for the citizens of New Rochelle.
