AVALON Realty Associates, LLC is a full-service commercial real estate company that specializes in property management and brokerage services. Avalon has been in business for 26 years and their operations have been based in Rolling Meadows for the past 15 years. Avalon is owned and operated by Joseph Santucci and his son, Carlo.

“Business has picked up significantly over the past 12 months. In fact, we were very close to running out of leasing inventory due to the recent flux of activity,” Carlo said. “It seems like many of our tenants are looking to expand and are concerned for the need for additional space.”
“This trend started first with the industrial market and now we see both office and retail following suit,” he added. “For instance, in Rolling Meadows alone we leased a 45,000-square-foot industrial space to a national contractor, 8,000 square feet of office space to a Chinese publishing company and we were also heavily involved in the site selection process for the Rolling Meadows Fire Department, identifying the former Korean BBQ restaurant as the future site of a Rolling Meadows Fire Station.”
“We anticipate that commercial real estate will remain active here for at least the next three to five years,” Carlo noted. “The Algonquin and Golf Road corridors are particularly strong with several redevelopment projects in place, which has gained the attention of many local and national tenants.”
AVALON currently employs 25 brokers and associates, in addition to the Santuccis, and owns, leases or manages five buildings within Rolling Meadows including the former Byline Bank at 2701 Algonquin Rd., the office building at 5005 Newport and the 60,000-square-foot office building at 3315 Algonquin Rd.
