EMBRY-RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY
Located on a 539-acre campus, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) hails as the world’s leading higher learning institution specializing in the aviation and aerospace fields. Since 1966, Yavapai College at Prescott has provided students with some of the best educational opportunities in Arizona. Distance learning through Northern Arizona University (NAU) is available on its Prescott Campus at Yavapai College. This program offers plenty of flexibility for students looking to stay in their hometown, and it offers undergraduate and graduate degrees on-site – with even more available online. OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY
Old Dominion University, in a 2+2 partnership with Yavapai College since 1999, offers local residents an outstanding education from a nationally accredited, prestigious Carnegie Research Institute without leaving the area or interfering with the responsibilities of job or family. Degree programs include bachelors to masters to doctoral. The TeleTechNet satellite system offers real-time access to classes on campus, as well as through video streaming or an online web class, while maintaining a full-time local advisor to assist students. ODU has the lowest per-credit tuition fees for universities in Arizona and offers funding through financial aid, VA benefits, scholarships, grants and payment plans.
