Hickory Terrace by Grainger
1440 David Dr., Sycamore

The soldout Somerset Farm 55+ Community on Bethany Road built by Grainger was a great success in the Sycamore community. Now the Old Mill Park Community by Grainger is picking up where Somerset Farm left off. Both communities have similar designs and styles, with open, spacious floor plans, granite countertops and luxury resort-style master baths. Old Mill Park will feature some exciting changes including all brick exteriors, nine-foot ceilings, expanded square footage to more than 1,800 square feet and a three-car garage. The clubhouse includes an indoor pool, workout room, and a beautiful gathering area to enjoy with friends.

Hickory Terrace by Grainger is a new independent living townhome community with the same high-standard features as the by Grainger condo communities. It offers a maintenance-free, worry-free environment. Some residents are seeking an active lifestyle and others are just looking to relax and enjoy the peaceful community.

The townhomes deliver one of the more affordable private pay, independent living experiences in the area. For a low monthly fee, residents get a beautiful townhome equipped with a one-car garage, a private patio, a sunroom that can be used as a guest room, spa-like bathroom and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Designed with safety in mind, it features zero step entrances, three-foot doorways and a large walk-in shower. Other amenities include meal delivery service to residents’ doors, cleaning services, community activities and private raised bed gardening.
